Last week as part of our home learning in year 5, we were learning all
about VE Day to celebrate the 75th Anniversary of VE Day on Friday, 8th May. We watched video clips, looked at some PowerPoints and did some online research. We answered questions based on what we had learnt, wrote a diary extract in role, created a newspaper front page and designed a wartime slogan poster. We were very busy!
