The Year 4 topic this term is called 'Shine a Light'. During the term, we have been learning about different celebrations, traditions and festivals from around the world. We particularly loved learning about Chinese New Year, as you can see from the picture attached. We wrote using Chinese symbols, learned about the ancient art of origami and tangram, explored the characteristics of our Chinese zodiac animals and made Chinese Dragons for the celebratory parade too! We have been busy!
