Year 5 participated in special events to celebrated MARS DAY 2021 mission control by ESERO UK, organized by STEM Learning on 18th March 2021.
Year 5 had the amazing opportunity on Thursday 18th March of participating in a Live Link show RoboKids in school. This NASA showed the use of Robots in Space, being an astronaut, Using Scratch to code robots in Space Sending Humans to Mars and seeing designs of Future homes in Mars! Pupils met the friendly robot "NAO" for a joint human and robotic Aurora Mission to MARS! Thanks to STEM Learning for our school being able to obtain registration for this Free Live event on MARS DAY.
All Year 5 pupils could celebrate MARS DAY with the special You tube video, highlighted by the PSTT to view to Explore and celebrate the Landing on the planet MARS in 2021!
