As we have been learning about our bodies through our topic, Year 2 took their literacy lesson outdoors to engage in a scavenger hunt! We worked in pairs to look for hidden pictures of body parts around our school grounds and record them on a tick sheet. Children were able to develop their teamwork and communication skills, while also drawing on their knowledge of the different parts of our bodies. All children worked so well during this task, we love being outdoors!
