Mrs Boyd - Anti-Bullying Week18 November 2021 (by Class Teacher (teacher)) |
For Anti-Bullying week, Mrs Boyd’s class have had great discussions about what bullying is and the negative effects it can have on a child. We also looked at who our pastoral care team is within school and discussed the importance of reaching out to these teachers and voicing our concerns.
As part of our activity, Primary 4 wrote down 5 trustworthy people on their ‘Helping Hand’. This helped the pupils identify adults who they can speak to if they are being bullied.
The main theme this week has been ‘One Kind Word’. Primary 4 thought about many kinds words which they can say to one another during school day.
