Jerusalem Artichokes harvested and stored
The Eco Committee had a busy time during the Eco Committee Meetings in November. This year we grew and harvested Jerusalem Artichokes in our school garden.
Thank you to the Eco Committee members, and to Mrs Waide and to Mr C Johnston for all their help, interest and hard work with the Eco Committee during the harvesting of the Jerusalem Artichokes.
We hope that pupils and staff have enjoyed trying to store a few for planting in the Spring and also tasting this new vegetable produce grown at Ballymoney Model Integrated Primary.
