This week in our outdoor area we had lots of fun learning. We were able to use our lovely new literacy shed! Reading books, practicing our letters and sounding different sounds. In construction we made chairs, built shapes and a balance course. In our mud kitchen we made some yummy stew. We compared different length shapes in our numeracy tuff spot, practiced our numbers on white boards and drew different Lengths using chalk. In the Arts, we created lovely art drawing, danced and created some lovely music that linked to our Christmas show. Learning through play in Year 2 is super fun!
