Meeting the Author Julia Donaldson
Mrs Carson’s class had the opportunity to join a live podcast to meet the author Julia Donaldson. She shared some songs from her book “A pocketful of songs.” Julia introduced us to the illustrator of her book and he demonstrated a quick illustration. We were also introduced to the musicians who composed the music to accompany the book. This was enjoyed by all the pupils who are looking forward to further World Book Day activities throughout the course of this week.
