Session 1
Miss Hemphill’s class had a fantastic morning with Louise from Resilient Rhythms. We learnt that if we feel anxious there are 5 things we can do: dance, sing, say kind words to ourselves, breathe and draw. By the end of the session we were definitely calm. We are so looking forward to having Louise back again.
