Mrs Kennedy's Year 7 class really enjoyed their session with Louise this morning. We discussed what makes us nervous and anxious. Some of us were surprised to hear that others felt this way too and made us feel better. We learnt lots of ways to deal with our anxiety that we can apply in all areas of our life.
