Today in Year 2, we celebrated ‘WORLD MATHS DAY’. We used our iPads/chrome books to complete some online subtraction. It was a little tricky, although with persistent we got there. We also had a problem to solve, ‘what is longer our pencil boxes or 5 counters?’ We used our problem solving skills and concrete resources to solve this problem. Finally, we recorded our answers on our whiteboards. We love Numeracy in Year 2.
