Crisp tasting in Mrs Carson’s class.
Today pupils had the opportunity to taste three different flavours of crisps. As part of our “Yummy, Yummy!” food topic we are learning about where our food comes from. Yesterday we found out that potatoes grow underground being planted in Spring and harvested in Autumn. Today we were learning about the process involved from potato to crisp. We then tasted cheese and onion, prawn cocktail and smoky bacon flavoured crisps. Prawn cocktail was the most popular flavour.
