On Wednesday 8th June, Ballymoney Model IPS took a team of Primary 6 & Primary 7 pupils to take part in a blitz rugby tournament hosted at Dalriada.
Five other local schools also attended, with a mixture of boys and girls competing in both contact and tag rugby matches.
This was the first time the pupils played together as a team and for some, their first experience of rugby. The children all showed fantastic sportsmanship, enthusiasm and teamwork throughout all of their matches.
