Thank you for all donated items for “Recycle with Michael,” Initiative, which helped to raise £55 in total, shared equally between the Salvation Army and funds for our school.
Many thanks to everyone in the school community for your interest and support with this Eco Committee, recycling project and in supporting the local and global charity,The Salvation Army. All your kind donated “Recycle with Michael” bags were collected on the 5th April, 2022.
The Eco Committee and the school has just been notified that the weighed items raised the total sum of £55. This amount is shared equally so the Charity The Salvation Army and the school each receive £27:50. The “Recycle with Michael “Initiative also helps to raise awareness of Recycling and helping to make our Planet Earth more sustainable, as well as highlighting the role and work of the Charity, The Salvation Army is involved with helping others around the local and wider world.
