Every day in Year 1RC is a great day, but today was a fantastic day!!
Today started with everyone getting dressed up to come to school, we had all sorts of costumes and the pupils really enjoyed showing off their outfits.
We all went to the hall where we enjoyed dancing, the birdie song, the superman dance and many other dances. We loved dancing!
When we came back to our classroom we read a ebook called "Sparks in the sky"
We got excited thinking about the firework display that will be happening in Ballymoney. We talked about firework safety and what we should do if we get lost in a crowd.
Next we made firework rockets using ice cream cones, chocolate and sprinkles. They looked great and tasted delicious.
We wrote about our party and drew a picture of ourselves at the party. Before we realised it was hometime.
