The following announcement had been issued from Agora for payments made between 06.45 on 6/12/17 & 06.45 on 7/12/17.
Announcement taken directly from from Agora website:
We have been informed by our payment provider that payments made in Agora between 06:14 on the 6th Dec 2017 and 06:45 on the 7th Dec 2017 were authorised but not taken from the card holder's account.
These payments were taken from the card holder's bank account on the 5th Feb 2018.
We are working with our payment provider to understand why this delay occurred. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause to you and your parents
