Miss Walker's class went outside to explore our school grounds.
As part of Eco Week, 2GW have had lots of fun exploring our school grounds, completing various activities outside of the classroom. We have been outside on a Scavenger Hunt, watered our garden bed of peas and made mini beast hotels.
We have developed our group work and team work skills by working together throughout our Eco Week activities.
On Tuesday 14th May 2019, we went outside and used materials from the natural environment such as leaves, twigs and sticks to design and build mini beast hotels. We discussed with our friends and with Miss Walker the materials that we used and we were able to explain why we had used them.
