Recently Ballymoney Model CIPS was involved with the BEE Project (Building Employment through Education).
Within this scheme the whole school was given a free subscription to Doodle Maths. This subscription runs to the 31st December 2019. At present the teachers are evaluating whether to continue with Doodle Maths after December 2019 or subscribe to another online learning programme.
Mathletics is another opportunity that we are considering and we have been offered a two-week trial during June.
A representative of the Mathletics team is coming to speak to teachers on Tuesday 28th May at our staff meeting. They have also offered to speak to parents from 2-3pm about the programme. Parents are welcome to come and join us on Tuesday 28th May 2-3pm in the assembly hall for the Mathletics information meeting.
