• We are always happy to provide options of mixing orders across proof cards to parents where they have a number of children within a school if they would like to give us a call.
• We can provide the option of photographs on USB, if the parents would like to give us a call. This will also be an option for our online ordering service, once it is up and running.
• We have other proof cards available for the school which do offer other options to parents including Proof card B which offers a single photograph, but this can affect the commission payment to the school.
• The online options are coming and unlike other businesses are based on our own custom built secure platform, with the built in data security of customers’ information remaining in house, rather than going to third party providers. We are introducing a full array of online options including all the wishes outlined in the parents email such as digital downloads, mixing selections across a number of children, and home or school delivery options. We are launching this system as a soft launch this term and will be rolling it out as required by schools from January.
