Eco -Schools Committee Gardening Thursday 26th September.
On Thursday 26th September the Eco- School Committee of 2018-'19 will need to bring a change of Outdoor clothing, shoes/ wellingtons, socks and a coat for school gardening Eco-Schools activities.
The Eco-Schools Committee, along with the help of our school principal Mrs Jamison, our buildings supervisor Mr Johnston and members of the teaching staff, Mrs Carson and Miss Hemphill and non -teaching staff Mrs Hiscock, will all be busy harvesting the leeks in our school garden.
We intend to harvest, wash, rinse and chop the leeks in preparation for our BIG Soup Share on Friday this week. .
Parents who have children as Eco Committee members of 2018-'19 are also invited to lend a hand with our Eco-Schools Gardening activities in the school garden and polytunnel 26th September 1:15-2pm.
