Practical geometry Year 5 Mrs Murphy's class.
Year 5 have been learning in Geometry about translation of 2D shapes.
We had to plot the coordinate points very carefully to draw our 2D shapes and then to move or translate the shapes across to the left or right or up or down a certain grid amount. Everyone in 5JM completed the Translation od 2D shapes really carefully and we are delighted with all our classwork.
