Linking in with our World Around Us topic, 'Mighty Machines', we investigated the relationship between the distance from our elbows to our wrists and the length of our feet. Some of us predicted the measurements would be the same whereas others predicted these measurements would be different. We found that for a majority of children in our class, the distance from their wrist to elbow was the same as the length of their foot!
