Health and Fitness Week
For Health and Fitness Week we have been looking at our physical well-being and discussing the importance of daily exercise. Today we looked at the importance of controlling our emotional well-being and how to regulate this when we are involved in different situations. We talked about times when we have felt sad, angry or nervous, then we discussed the best way to handle those situations.
