We have been thinking about looking after our mental health and well-being. Everyone created a Mindfulness bottle. If we are feeling anxious, we can shake our mindfulness bottle and allow our breathing to slow down with the fall of the glitter. We also created stress balls and worry monsters to help manage our feelings and emotions.
