Firstly thank you all for your understanding this week as we change provider for our online payments. We would encourage all parents to upload the App from either Google Play or the Apple store – (same App that you booked parent / teacher meetings with)
We will be a cash free school by September 2020 so please, do get used to using the payment App now.
Search for - Ballymoney Model CIPS and look for our new tree logo
When asked you can now enter our password 11111 ( 5x 1) you will only be asked for this once and in future the App will recognise your phone as a member of our school. This will enable you to receive notifications and messages from school.
School Dinners – The App will be going live for use later today for immediate use.
IMPORTANT Those children entitled to FREE SCHOOL MEALS must also book their dinners online.
On the menu under Bookings you will find “School Meals”
Enter your child’s name and your email address (confirmation of bookings will be sent to this email) and then select your child’s class from the drop down list. The calendar shows a week at a time but you can book as many days as you wish for your child to have dinners, add them to your basket and make your payment or click Free for Free School Meals. The school dinner menu is also available to view on each week.
Bookings close at 9am each morning so the kitchen can prepare the correct amount of meals for each day.
The App provider assures us, it is very user friendly, so we really hope all goes well over the weekend. If we could let it run for a couple of weeks and then if you have any feedback, please let us know in the office and we in turn can feed back and work with the App provider.
