Kite Workshop Thursday 12th March 2020.
Year 5 had an interesting Kite making session this morning in the "Go Fly Your Kite" workshop, as part of thier topic "Flying High."The pupils learnt about dynamics and forces which affect Flight. Designs were transferred onto their kites and the kite frame pieced together so it ready to fly. Year 5 are looking forward to practising how to fly their own kite outside in a safe place with an adult helper under supervision. Have a look at some of the beautiful designs created during Science Week 2020.
