You have hopefully found the link to free AR Resources useful through myON.
1. The site itself is a worldwide site with books from around the world. This means that many of the books do not have an AR quiz attached to them, as they are part of Renaissance in other countries. There is no problem with pupils reading these books, but if you wish to check that the book is part of the UK AR programme and has a quiz, please follow the following steps:
Go to https://readon.myon.co.uk/
Click on Start reading
Click on Search icon near the top of the screen
Click on the little filter icon at the left hand side of the screen
Click on the Language icon at the right hand side of the screen
Select English (UK)
Click on the magnifying glass icon above the other icons shown
There should now be 997 books.
Simply select the book your child wishes to read.
When the book is selected, click on i icon to give details. If an AR quiz number is given, it means that book is part of UK AR and the quiz can be taken after the book is read. If not, there is no quiz. Please remember that ATOS in this section, is the ZPD number for that book.
2. An alternative way to check the above information is through AR Bookfinder:
Go to https://www.arbookfind.co.uk/
Type in the name of the book from myON to see if it has a quiz or not.
3. Above Browse and Search icons, click on the middle News icon. This gives the children daily News Reports which they can read, along with additional information relating to each article.
